Donald Dean Kelly
October 8, 1949 – June 5, 2026
Donald was a gifted artist and floral designer whose creativity shaped a remarkable career spanning decades.
Raised in Millville, New Brunswick, Donald went on to earn his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. His curiosity and creative spirit took him around the world before he built his life and career in New York City.
Donald worked with several respected floral studios before becoming co-founder and owner of Stonekelly Events and Florals. His work brought beauty to weddings, events, installations, and countless everyday moments.
After many years in New York, Donald retired in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Please join us as we gather to remember Donald, share stories, and celebrate the creativity, warmth, and beauty he brought into the world.
